We hope you love your purchase. However If the style is not quite right for you and should you change your mind, we will happy to exchange or refund your item/s providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items are returned within 14 days of the purchase date and the original sales invoice must be present.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garment must not have been worn.
New item will be sent back to you or we will credit the full item/s purchase amount to you, excluding the postage fee (unless goods are faulty or not as described).
Faulty items can be replaced with the same style (subject to stock availability) otherwise a full refund or exchange for another item. Poise Fashion pays all postage charges on faulty items.
